feeling empty

haven been around jp much since i started work, dun even have much time after work...everyday is just rushing to work and rushing back home....

after work, all i ever wanted is to get home early and have a good dinner...and then bathe and sleep... feels as if I dun haf a life :P

now i can start to understand why people always say that your best times are when you are studying...gone are the times where you can relax in your free time, go shopping on weekdays, catch a movie when u feel like it or just getting stressed up over exams....

weekends are like my only saviour now, since its the precious 2 days when i can sleep in late, and relax :)))

anyway, work ends early at 5.30pm on fridays, so i went on a little walk ard jp, feeling the terrible loss of Harris closing down...i seem to have lost a precious place when i can quietly and slowly choose the books i want....now even Page One is closing down...

what is happening to the reading culture here? it seems as though no one is interested in reading anymore....hope Popular bookstore can last....haix

longing to go to Kinokuniya to find some refuge in books, need a break :)

soon....

soon.....it will be time to make a decision: to stay or to move on?

sometimes it feels as if I cant stay, feels as if I dun belong....

sometimes it feels rather bearable.....and i could withstand anything

sometimes it feels as if I would just give up right at that time

sometimes it feels as though i could continue....

it really depend on my final mood, doesnt it ?

CNY just zoom past again...

this year, CNY seem to be reporting earlier than usual and sort of ending earlier than usual, or at least feel like it is.... i got to go to work tml.....so siannnnnnnn........:(((((

i m freaking tired, and i dun even get a single day of rest before gng back to work, sian max, cant wait for friday to come so i can rest properly... shld i be thankful that the work week is only 3 days long??? !!!!

so far, CNY is pretty okay, seeing the annual people, getting angbaos while i still can, and enjoying good food....

got to knock off and go slp, waking up early tml is the worst for me...

done with my first day of visiting, lovely lunch spread at my aunt's house :))) angbao collecting while i m still deemed as a child, LOL :P

just watched Ip Man 2 on channel U - super cool movie, i just loved how Ip Man managed to kick the stupid ang moh's ass !!!! that guy's got some super inflated ego, its a waste that he didnt die, haix, the benevolence of chinese kungfu should not apply to such a bastard, i would love to throw him a punch too !!! :))

okay, onto 2nd day of CNY visiting :)

feeling a little emo and really really tired

i m feeling so so tired, i can feel my eyelids closing as i type.... i haf been sleeping damn early, but waking up early too... yet work has the ability to suck all ur energy away.....

is it good or bad that money is your sole motivation in life, i wonder?

when mood is good, everything seems rather ok and acceptable, but when u r feeling very off, everything just doesnt feel right.....

what are the right decisions to be made? what to avoid?

update

went for my first official fieldtrip for work on friday to dover forest, the weather as usual is hot and humid, but inside the forest with the canopy overhead, was actually pretty cooling... :)

i actually kinda enjoyed myself, but i was kinda blurred....coz it was tiring and my colleague was teaching us how to recognise the various plants and stuff...i need better proper gear for fieldtrips next time...coz my shoes were kinda slippery so i slipped and fell into the stream, luckily it wasnt too deep :P

i m kinda starting to like my job, but i need more affirmation about where my interest lies.....

CNY is coming so quickly, hate it when it comes in january when everyone is still busy adapting to new stuff....and there is so much to do....

just went to nursery to get some flowers, whenever i go there, i just feel like buying every single plant, and even more to photograph every single one of them.. :)

gng to bring my camera to work, so i can take a pic of the pretty caterpillars my colleague brought back from the forest, hope they didnt become a pupa yet...

went to taiwan with my 2 frends in may 2011, nvr been to taiwan alone nor during summertime :)

we stayed at new continental hotel - relatively new but very very inconvenient - at least 15 mins walk to subway stations

finally some rest...

feeling so exhausted after my first week of work, but i guess its both mentally and physically draining, but i guess - that's life right??

work for everyone is inescapable, work = money, unless u r born with a mega piece of golden spoon in ur mouth, then mayb u dun...

on the surface, it seems rather slack, and easy going, but i m tinking the entire journey is gng to be tough, never thought that this would be the path i would take, so i guess now i really need to brush up my knowledge on that field tremendously.....

everything in life has its pros and cons, i just haf to weigh them one by one, but what i miss most is eating meals with my family, and actually talk without having to tink about tml, but those carefree days are now over, and i m faced with the bare reality....

money can really make u do anything, can it?

monday will be another new week, i m really not sure whether this is what i want, but i will challenge myself, and hope i can find my own niche without having too much obstacles

on a random note, i m seriously craving for sushi, haha its seem like a comfort food for me when i m feeling a little off :)

feel like just taking off, and find a nice quiet place to rest and take some shots of nature :)

working life

2nd day of work, so far pretty okay... the environment and people are okay... but the working hours are till 6pm......actually its pretty ok, bt i take too long to get home, by the time i get home, its nearly 8pm

so freaking tiring, and the journey back home is bad due to the hunger and time...

and it kinda feels as thou i haven seen my family for years.....

i shall try taking the mrt, but i m kinda afraid of the crushing crowd...

still cant believe i m an working adult already, it feels like a dream, minus the sugar and spice thou

i do learn lots from my boss, and everyday is a new experience...
